Around the World

I like to post some videos on this site that test the boundries of what we might consider time-lapse. This video was compiled from the stock landscape image archive at MAGROUND so none of the photos were taken with time-lapse in mind. What’s amazing is that it actually works. It combines the photos into a comprehensive visual narrative despite the difference of time and space. I’m also impressed by the amount of time it must have taken to manually align these photos. I’ve aligned two hundred photos with PhotoShop and can tell you it is mind-numbingly tedious.
